Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation to get to and from work Able to work 7 days/week Can complete a background check and drug screen EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE Preferred Skills:
Able to lift 50lbs max - more regularly 5-10lbs Previous experience in manufacturing or production mandatory Excellent attendance and punctuality - need reliable individuals Strong communication skills Maintain a safe and clean work environment Other duties as assigned In this position, you will be working Monday-Friday including weekends, where overtime and double time are issued.
There is currently a $1/hr bonus as well for all workers.
You will be operating a machine that produces parts for automotive, farm, and construction equipment.
Parts can range anywhere from 5lbs-50lbs, so this job can be physical.
There are lift assists in place to help as well.
Once the parts are finished in the machine, you will have to assemble additional parts on to the housings as well.
