Summary:
The Shift Leader is a leadership position at Q2 Management.
This role is an operations leader for inspection and rework activities at various client sites.
You will be responsible for leading and managing a small team of quality control inspectors.
Together, your team will evaluate parts and assemblies to ensure client production is building safe and visually perfect cars.
Responsibilities:
Daily shift start-up procedures Creating standardized work instructions to guide the inspection process Employee validation, training and development Leading and motivating your team Managing data and time reporting for your team Shift communications and scheduling Fostering a caring and inclusive team environment Develop your team and identify new leadership talent Basic
