$24-26.
50Express Employment Professionals of Howell/Brighton is assisting a local manufacturing company in need of Facility Maintenance Technicians on 1st shift.
1st shift:
7:
00am to 3:
30 pm Must be available to work overtime, mandatory as needed.
Pay scale:
$24-30/hrFacility Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities:
Performs property, building maintenance, machine repairs and snow removal, lawn maintenance, etc.
, as needed (including salt) etc.
Trouble shoot facility problems, including machines when necessary and make necessary repairs/come up with solutions.
Run floor scrubber as needed Clean outside& inside office windows as needed Paint and prep walls, floors, etc.
, as needed Empty outside garbage containers as needed Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, etc, in regard to the facility Building updates, carpentry, stripping floors, waxing, etc.
General repairs in al areas Experience requirements 3-5 years experience performing Facilities maintenance in a Manufacturing environment.
Ability to safely operate various hand tools and maintenance equipment.
Education requirementsHigh school diploma or GED To Apply:
